The goal of mobile care is to provide our clients with the quickest, best, and most practical services possible. We aspire to become every customer’s preferred electronic shopping location. Furthermore, our products are 100% original and provided by reputable, trusted brands and our rates are competitive in the market. We provide flexible exchanges, refunds, and returns for our valued customers in the rare circumstance that they are dissatisfied with the product they have purchased, no matter the reason for their dissatisfaction. But they are subject to the following terms and limitations. 

Return Policy

Mobile care is bound to return and refund the products with 100% trust and confidence. In another way, there are specific conditions that need to be fulfilled before claiming a return:

The product should be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed

The item which needs to be returned must carry its accessories, user  manuals, original tags, warranty card, receipts 

The packaging box should have in perfect condition 

The customer claims the return within 7 days 

Mobile Care reserves the right to cancel the return and refund procedure if the product does not meet the above criteria. 

Reason of Return 

There are the following certain conditions when customers have a right to claim a return.

If the product is slightly damaged, broken, or malfunctioned

If the product misses any part or an incorrect part is delivered 

If the customer desires to exchange it with some other brand. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to apply to the following rules:

Within 7 days, the amount will be returned to the customer’s account after the shipment amount deduction. 

No returns will be entertained after the due date.

You can exchange any item(s) you purchase from mobile care at any time as long as it is in new condition, has all of its original packing and documentation intact and it completes the criteria of refund, return & exchange policy.
