Santos took in 2 devices for me and within a day, has resolved the issue on both. I was expecting it the next day, but he called me the same day and let me know they were both done.Top work and very prompt, so would completely recommend.

I could have gone into a long review, all I can say is I am concerned how quick customer service can change from staff from one visit to the next to this outlet. My husband was polite and got spoken to in such a vile, ill manner by three members of staff. Never again will I be visiting this store neither will my husband, even if it means going to another borough/town to get our phones fixed. I would advise people not to visit this store based on the attitude from the staff.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I recently got my camera fixed and screen. They said it might be the lense but at the time couldn’t acces my camera so just put a new glass bit on. When they said they won’t do nothing if they can’t access the camera. They couldn’t access the camera just put the glass bit in and it wasn’t that. So that cost us £20 for it not to help. The glass broke the day after by just putting it down on the side. Now the screen we pay extra for better quality smashed by the smallest drop. Really bad quality!
